AmeriKick Martial Arts is proud
to announce its newest cutting edge workout designed for men
and women that want to get in the best shape of their
lives. AmeriKick Martial Arts is an officially
licensed location to teach CAGE FITNESS. Designed and
tested by nine time welterweight champion MATT HUGHES, this
workout is like nothing you’ve ever seen before. This 30
minute, “five round”, workout targets all areas of the body
and includes cardio, flexibility and strength training.
Whether you are in great shape, just
starting to work out OR if this is part of a past or present
New Year’s goal, CAGE FITNESS is the perfect combination of
fitness and fun. Your workout will include five (5 minute)
“rounds” of workout action that are specifically designed to
help tone, strengthen and reduce all of the typical problem
areas of concerned adults. During the rounds you will have
your own exercise a dummy; just like the MMA Fighters use to
train. The combination of cardio and muscle toning and band
workout is sure to get you in the BEST shape of your life.

Make sure you bring
three things:
1) A towel
2) Water or something to
drink
3) A good attitude because this is one TOUGH work out
What is Cage Fitness?
Cage fitness is a
complete fitness system that is based on the structure of a
championship mixed martial arts bout. What this means is
that Cage Fitness will give you a total body workout over 5
– 5 minute rounds. The key elements that Cage Fitness
focuses on are endurance, strength, power, and core. This is
accomplished through our 5 round fitness system. The rounds
are broken up into the following categories: Warm Up, Upper
Body, Lower Body, Combo Round, Cool Down/Core.The best part
about Cage Fitness is that it is designed to cater to people
at all levels of fitness. An individual can customize their
workout by adjusting their intensity level to best suit
their personal Mixed Martial Arts fitness goals. Each 5
minute round incorporates both aerobic and anaerobic
exercises that will help maximize not only burning fat but
also gaining muscle. This system of training allows the
participant to burn more calories while increasing ones
metabolism.

Cage Fitness is
endorsed and tested by 9 time Welterweight Champion Matt
Hughes and certified personal trainer Kai Fusser who has
