Amerikick Adult Karate
 Amerikick's exciting self defense program is perfect for teens and adults. The program is a mixed martial arts program that takes the best moves from Kenpo, Jiu-jitsu, Boxing and Kickboxing, weapons defense, Arnis/Escrima, and Bando. This combination makes the Amerikick defense program realistic and street effective. The classes are designed to challenge you, get you in shape and teach you skills that may save your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere.

All our programs start with a $20 evaluation course
which includes 1 private lesson and 1 group class.
We would like to make sure that the participants are
comfortable before enrolling. We would also like to
evaluate the participant to make sure that he/she is
physically ready for our program and actually like
